Philipp has gained extensive experience in designing and managing regulation and policy making projects for a number of international corporations in consumer goods, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Before founding his own firm he has worked for Sandoz, Shire and Philip Morris in the areas of health policy, market access and product regulation. Philipp has a diploma in philosophy, logic and political science as well as a PhD in philosophy.

Alexander has gained extensive experience in designing and managing advocacy projects for a number of international corporations in consumer goods, energy and chemical industries. Before founding his own firm he has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Philip Morris International and Bayer MaterialScience in the areas of product regulation & taxation, product safety & environment, health and safety risks (EHS). Alexander has a diploma in political science and economics.

Marcus Hagedorn is specialized in regulatory policy design. His focus is on the assessment of policy interventions based on quantitative methods. He draws on a wide range of methodological repertoire, covering analytical, statistical/econometric as well as numerical methods. His consulting approach is interdisciplinary. With a strong grounding in quantitative economics, his expertise encompasses regulatory impact analysis, regulatory strategy design, regulatory policy implementation, as well as post-implementation review.
Marcus Hagedorn studied mathematics at the RWTH Aachen and received his doctorate in economics from the University of Bonn as part of the European Doctoral Program. He has been Full Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Oslo since 2013. He has more than 15 years of consulting experience in the private and public sector at home and abroad.
